Brewery
Planner : A Guide to Opening and Running Your Own Small Brewery
Reader Review:
An in-depth look into what it takes to open your own brewery or brewpub. Much
more than I had dreamed of, and well worth the 60-odd bucks. It is put together
like a text-book, broken into the various chapters/steps in opening. Not a good
book for those who want light reading about brewing. I would only recommend it
to those who are in or WANT to be in the brewing business. Top Notch.
Starting
an Online Business For Dummies®
Reader Review:
This book is truly incredible. I cannot even absorb all of the information in
it! This is a MUST HAVE for ANYONE even thinking about starting an on line
business. This is such an easy read and you can go on line and check out all the
different web sites he has listed in the book. There is more information in this
book than I ever thought possible. It is EXTREMELY helpful and written very
well. It is the kind of book that you keep on your desk to constantly look up
things. This is the best investment I have made in a long time.

New Restaurant
Reader Review:
I am in the process of opening a restaurant and was loaned this book by the
local Small Business Administration office. I have found it very helpful in how
to handle every facet of the operation, from how to hire, train and motivate
employees to how to handle all of the financial aspects and everything in
between. I have to give this copy back, so I turned to Amazon to purchase my own
copy. Another book that I have found very useful (also purchased from Amazon) is
Restaurant Management: Customers, Operations and Employees by Robert Christie
Mill.
