Fish!
A Remarkable Way to Boost Morale and Improve Results
FISH, Reader Review:
This is an incredible book! I have never read such a short book that will have
such a long reaching impact on my life. Although it was written for the business
mind-it has made more of an impression on my personal life and outlook. I think
it should be a High School text book. Every human should read FISH and implement
its four ideas into their everyday walk.

Ways to Reward Employees
A perfect book for learning how to make the workplace fun!, Reader
Review: I read this book at least a year ago for the first time and
implemented several of the ideas immediately. I still refer to it several
times a year to find new ways to keep the staff motivated and make the
workplace more fun! With so many ideas to choose from it is easy to pick the
ones that my staff will appreciate and find ideas that fit into my budget.
It has made a great impact on my staff's effectiveness and efficiency in the
office! When employees have fun and love what they do -- especially in a
service-oriented office -- it can't help but have an impact on gross income
of a business!
Shoplifters
vs. Retailers The Rights of Both
"Must" reading for all shopkeepers & business owners.,
Reader Review: While larger companies with professional
shoplifter patrols may benefit the most from these case histories,
Shoplifters vs. Retailers holds information not readily available in such a
specific form and retailers and students of law alike will find it
important. Shoplifters vs. Retailers covers legal issues and rights of both
retailer and shoplifter, relying entirely on case histories of selected
shoplifter apprehension scenarios; and will prove essential to retailers who
wonder about recourse in identifying and detailing shoplifters or suspects.

This book was enlightening. I never knew there were so many easy and low cost

The

It
A must read for Business Owners, Reader Review:
This book is written for the battle scarred business owner. If you have had
your business running for a few years and feel like its time to throw it all
away since you feel that the business is eating you alive ...... READ THIS
BOOK! On the other hand if you are about to start a business and do not want

Steal
Me Blind! Shoplifting & Retail Theft...And How To Stop It Without Getting
Sued.
An excellent tool for any LP staff, Reader Review: I got
more information out of Rich's book than any of the criminal justice texts
I've read over the years. Having worked for companies with good loss
prevention programs as well as companies with poor programs I can relate to
the "Policy B" stores talked about in the book.
The
Customer Revolution
From
Publishers Weekly
The quality of a company's customer relations with today's better informed,
more demanding consumers will determine its future success, contends Seybold,
a consultant and author of the bestselling Customer.com. "Thanks to the
Internet and to mobile wireless devices... customers are challenging and
disrupting the standard practices in virtually every industry.... They won't
be denied.
Effective
Security Management
Key Points, Reader Review: I found Sennewald's book to be
complete, easily understood and worthy of practical application. The book
focuses on security management approaches to not only introduce security to an
organization, but also to stabilize, enhance and gain support for existing
security systems/department. Sennewald foregoes the lock and key discussion to
present suggestions every security manager can use. The book outlines
organizational systems and explains security's important role in
organizations. It concentrates on development of human resources of security
departments. The book is an easy read, clear and concise.
